How to Add the Agent to a Call

Open the Dashboard

Navigate to your AI Meeting Assistant dashboard and locate the meeting controls.Dashboard Overview

Enter Meeting Details

Enter your meeting link or select a calendar event to add the agent to.Enter Meeting Details

Configure Settings

Set your preferences for transcription language, recording options, and summary format.Configure Agent Settings

Confirm & Join

Click to confirm and the agent will join immediately or at the scheduled time.Confirm and Join

Joining Options

Have the agent join an ongoing call immediately:
  1. Paste your meeting link
  2. Click “Join Now”
  3. The agent joins within seconds

Verification

Once the agent joins, you’ll see:
  • ✅ A notification that the AI agent has joined
  • ✅ The agent listed as a participant
  • ✅ Real-time status in your dashboard

Troubleshooting

  • Verify the meeting link is correct and not expired
  • Check that the meeting has started
  • Ensure your organization allows bot participants
  • Verify you have meeting credits available
  • Schedule meetings at least 30 minutes in advance
  • Check your calendar sync is active
  • Verify the meeting link was added correctly
